Likemind Round 2

After the success of the first likemind coffee morning, it's time for number two.

After the huge success of the first likemind, it's time for round two. Once again, the idea is that a bunch of people of like mind get together, drink some coffee and talk about things of mutual interest. You don't have to have been at the first to come to the second. The whole thing is very loose: no agenda, no moderators Piers and I are just part of the crowd.. Last time everyone just naturally talked to everyone else, getting up and switching seats on their own to speak to new people.

With that glowing review, here's the info for number two: (that's the likemind rhyme)

when: friday, august 25 at 8am

where: sNice, 45 Eighth Avenue, at West 4th Street, NYC (GOOGLE MAPS)

Once again, if you're interested all you've got to do is show up. You can get more info and sign up to stay informed at likemind.us. I hope to see some of you there.

If you've got one, flaunt it.

You can use some HTML (a's, br's, p's, oh my!) if you'd like, if you don't know what that means, don't worry about it.

REMEMBER ME?

You lost me at 8am. I'm of much better mind at 8pm (and martinis, not coffee).

That said, yesterday you were looking for oppositional minds. Do oppositional minds meet later in the day?

Well, there's certainly a fair amount of opposition to 8am, I'll tell you that.

Sorry you won't be able to make it, 8am isn't really that bad, I promise.

Hey Noah,

Instead of doing a likemind in BC, Canada, I'll try doing one in Taiwan in September. I'm moving there with my wife in the second week of September to teach. Pretty extreme, but I'm looking forward to it.
