Bedbooks
This is the kind of stuff I just love on the web. Someone started a Flickr group for photos of the books next to your bed (kind of reminiscent of what’s in your bag). Anyway, here are my current bedbooks:

awww i love that idea! I’m gonna do mine tonight. I have to get rid of Will’s book about guitar pedals first though. (Your list tells me that we read very very different books:) I need to break out of kids fiction and mountain climbing stories.)
This is very timely–I just reduced the number of bedside books from about 25 to just a few this weekend. But I still want to take the pic. Fun idea.
@Amber: Official rules state: “No posing, no replacing Trinny & Susanna with the ‘Critique of Pure Reason’, just whatever is there, right now. (You’re allowed to turn books around so we can read the titles.)” But I guess you can move Will’s books …
@Bryant: Awesome, leave a comment with the link.
it may be a lack of netiquette to use this comment as a venue for saying two things completely unrelated to this post, but alas…apologies in advance.
1) would you consider writing (or have you already written) a post about how you manage your time spent producing/consuming online?? sounds like a gargantuan topic, but I don’t understand how you make time to read, blog, twitter, etc., etc. and I’d Love any tips/tricks. I don’t even know what I’m looking for but I suppose it might look something like this – you do all your reading in the morning, writing at night/on airplanes, and responding/commenting throughout the day.
2) I’ve twittered this question more than once to no avail, and I’m sure you know the answer. is there a way to RSS/follow/whatever your comments on a post, so that you can be notified whenever someone comments on it after you? sometimes peeps respond to my comments and I don’t wanna go fishing around in posts I read last week to find them.
regardless of anything, thank you.
wow, Marvels! that takes me back to HS. such a groundbreaking series
