While I'm quite flattered, I'm a bit confused as to how I landed at 29 in Wikio's most influential blogs. According to their rankings NoahBrier.com is more influential than Consumerist (34), Google Blog (35), Scripting News (46), kottke (51), xkcd.com (63) and Gothamist (77), amongst many others. I didn't think much of it until I saw that The Observer's 50 most powerful blogs references a Wikio ranking in its writeup of Basic Thinking.

If you've got one, flaunt it.

You can use some HTML (a's, br's, p's, oh my!) if you'd like, if you don't know what that means, don't worry about it.

REMEMBER ME?

Hi Noah, it's Miles from Wikio.com! In way of explanation, Wikio computes our ranking based not solely on traffic, but on the number of links that other blogs are pointing to NoahBrier.com. I hope this clears things up for you a bit.
