This is a great little design idea for remembering the name of that tasty wine you were drinking.

First name, first and last, whatever you feel like.

Required, but not displayed (so don't worry about spam).

If you've got one, flaunt it.

You can use some HTML (a's, br's, p's, oh my!) if you'd like, if you don't know what that means, don't worry about it.

REMEMBER ME?

Clever and a bit irreverent. The wine label as art has been breached again. This is much less romantic than the tradition of removing and collecting the entire label of a memorable bottle of wine, but a valid sign of the times. Of all the recent wine trends coming out of the flux between tradition and innovation -- faux corks, screw tops, wine boxes and local wine regions gaining favor as the green choice -- I'm feeling the most resistance to this pull label. One reason is it conjures images of the those bulletin board notices with fringed edges so you can pull off the phone number. The upside is someone is already improving on this idea right now. (Thanks for inspiring a wine store field trip!)

Very simple, very cool. My method so far has been snapping photos of labels with my blackberry, which depending on the company and the situation, can be super geeky and annoying to those around me.
