[Event] $900B Goes to Waste and How to Stop It

A deep dive on digital transformation, change management, and the ins-and-outs of successfully adopting new tools & processes.

Research has shown that the majority of digital transformations have not delivered the level of desired outcomes. An IDC analysis estimates that 70% of all digital transformation initiatives do not reach their goals. Of the $1.3 trillion that was spent on digital transformation in 2018, it was estimated that more than $900 billion went to waste.

How does $900 billion go to waste? Change is hard and, clearly, expensive. New systems offer solutions, but also present new problems.

We have spent a lot of time thinking about and working with large companies in various stages of digital transformation. Along the way, we’ve learned a lot about what works, what doesn’t, and how to drive lasting change. For our next event we will take a deep dive into the failure of digital transformation and how we come out of it. We will dive deep into our preferred framework around why change fails to stick and how to make sure it doesn’t happen to you.

Join us on Wednesday, October 28th at 2p EST. You can grab your ticket below.
